By registering as a player, parent, or guardian, and participating in our activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members.

1.1. Players must complete the registration process and provide accurate details, including emergency contact and medical information.
1.2. Membership is valid for the season and must be renewed annually.
1.3. Parents/guardians must complete registrations for players under 18 and provide necessary consent.

✅ Respect coaches, teammates, referees, and opponents at all times.
✅ Attend training sessions and matches punctually, giving prior notice for absences.
✅ Wear the official club kit for matches and appropriate training gear for sessions.
✅ Follow instructions from coaches and club staff.
✅ Maintain good sportsmanship—no bullying, discrimination, or foul language.

✅ Encourage and support players positively.
✅ Respect referees, coaches, and club officials—no abuse or aggression is tolerated.
✅ Allow coaches to manage the team without interference.
✅ Follow all club and venue rules.

3.1. Players are expected to attend weekly training sessions and scheduled matches.
3.2. If a player cannot attend, they must inform the coach as early as possible.
3.3. Persistent lateness or absences may affect selection for matches.
3.4. Training and matches may be postponed or canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4.1. Training and League fees must be paid on time as per club policies.
4.2. Payments cover coaching, facilities, league fees, and insurance.
4.3. Refunds are not provided unless in exceptional circumstances, subject to club approval.
4.4. Non-payment of fees may result in suspension from training and matches.

5.1. Players/parents must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.
5.2. Players must wear shin pads and appropriate footwear at all times.
5.3. The club provides first aid at training and matches, but parents/guardians must be contactable in emergencies.
5.4. The club is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen at training or match venues.

6.1. The club follows The FA’s safeguarding policies to protect children and vulnerable individuals.
6.2. All coaches and volunteers undergo DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checks.
6.3. Any concerns about welfare should be reported to the Club Welfare Officer.

7.1. The club may take photos/videos of players for promotional use (website, social media, newsletters).
7.2. Parents/guardians may opt-out by informing the club in writing.
7.3. No unauthorized filming or photography of players is permitted.

8.1. The club welcomes players of all abilities, backgrounds, and genders.
8.2. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on discrimination, bullying, and harassment.
8.3. Any incidents must be reported to the Club Welfare Officer.

9.1. Players, parents, and spectators must follow club rules and FA regulations.
9.2. Breaches of conduct (abuse, violence, misconduct) may result in warnings, suspensions, or expulsion from the club.
9.3. The club reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action where necessary.

10.1. The club provides public liability and liability insurance, but players participate at their own risk.
10.2. The club is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property.

11.1. The club reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
11.2. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
